Italian pizza is a culinary masterpiece consisting of thin dough covered with distinctive tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese, topped with a touch of fragrant basil. Ingredients

  • Powder milk 1 Tablespoon of Powder milk
  • Yeast Faure 1 Tablespoon of Yeast Faure
  • olive oil 2 Tablespoon of olive oil
  • tomato juice 2 Cup of tomato juice
  • garlic 2 Piece of garlic
  • Fresh basil 3 Piece of Fresh basil
  • Salt 1 Tablespoon of Salt
  • Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon of Ground black pepper
  • Mozzarella 2 Piece of Mozzarella
  • sugar 1 Tablespoon of sugar

Instructions

    In a small bowl, we put a tablespoon of yeast and a tablespoon of sugar, then add about 100 milliliters of warm water. We leave it until the yeast reacts and forms foam for about 5 minutes

    In a large bowl, we place half a kilogram of flour and add to it a teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of powdered milk (optional), and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Then we add the yeast mixture and thoroughly combine the ingredients. Next, we add about 100 milliliters of water and knead the dough well until it becomes soft and smooth. We let it ferment for about two hours or more until it doubles in size

    After that, we divide the dough into small balls and let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes

    We start preparing the pizza sauce by heating about 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a small saucepan. Then, we add 3 cloves of garlic, sliced thinly, and sauté them for about a minute. After that, we add 2 cups of fresh tomato juice, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of black pepper, and about 3 or 4 leaves of fresh basil. Optionally, we can add a teaspoon of oregano. We let it simmer on the heat until it thickens

    We roll out the dough into thin, circular shapes, then we spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly in a circular motion. Next, we add pieces of mozzarella cheese and basil leaves, distributing them evenly. Then, we place them in a preheated oven at a high temperature for about 5 minutes

    You can indeed add various ingredients according to your preference, such as vegetables, mushrooms, tuna, pepperoni, or chicken. Additionally, you can experiment with different types of mozzarella cheese or even other types of cheese to customize your pizza to your liking
