Batata Harra (Hot Potato)

Batata harra is a vegetable dish native to Lebanon. It consists of potatoes, red peppers, coriander, chili and garlic that are all fried together in oil. They can be served plain or in a pita.
Ingredients
- 3 Piece of potatoes
- 2 Piece of garlic
- 1 Cup of coriander
- 3 Tablespoon of oil
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon of Lemon
Instructions

Cut the potatoes into medium or small cubes, wash them well and put a spoon of salt on them.

Place the potatoes in hot oil until they turn golden.

Put the oil in a pot until it heats up

Add the garlic and stir

Add the hot pepper, salt and paprika

Squeeze a little lemon and mix them well

Add the coriander and stir until it wilts

Add the fried potatoes and stir for 5 minutes

We turn off the fire and put them in a serving dish
