Ingredients
- 0.5 Kilogram of Okra
- 2 Cup of Meat soup
- 2 Tablespoon of Butter
- 1 Tablespoon of garlic
- 1 Tablespoon of Dry coriander
- 1 Teaspoon of Ground black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt

Wash the okra well, then cut it into very thin slices

Place the broth on the stove and bring it to a boil (use beef or chicken broth, as available). Then add the okra and let it simmer on low heat until fully cooked

In a small pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter or ghee. Add a tablespoon of minced garlic, dried coriander, black pepper, and salt. Stir well, then add this mixture to the broth and okra

Stir the mixture well with a hand whisk until it becomes homogeneous
