Spinach Casserole

Spinach casserole is a delicious and nutrient-rich dish, as spinach is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. Enjoying spinach casserole is a healthy and nutritious meal choice
Ingredients
- 1 Kilogram of Spinach
- 2 Piece of onion
- 1 Kilogram of garlic
- 2 Tablespoon of Butter
- 2 Cup of tomato juice
- 1 Cup of Meat soup
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Ground black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of Dry coriander

We wash the spinach well, then chop it into small pieces

In a pot on the stove, we heat 2 tablespoons of butter or oil, then add the chopped onion and a tablespoon of minced garlic, and sauté them until they change color. Next, we add the chopped spinach to the pot and stir them with the onion and garlic until they wilt and shrink. Optionally, we can add a tablespoon of rice

After that, we add about 2 cups of tomato juice and a cup of broth (chicken/beef) as available. Then we add salt, black pepper, and dried coriander. We let it simmer over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes until it becomes tender

Serve hot with rice and meat or chicken, along with bread
