Fettuccine Alfredo is a famous Italian dish consisting of fettuccine pasta immersed in a rich creamy sauce. Its origins trace back to Italy, and it was named after the Italian chef Alfredo di Lelio, who created the recipe in Rome in the early 20th century

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast 0.5 Kilogram of Chicken breast

  • Fettuccine 0.5 Kilogram of Fettuccine
  • Parsley 0.5 Cup of Parsley
  • Flour 3 Tablespoon of Flour
  • Butter 4 Tablespoon of Butter
  • garlic 1 Tablespoon of garlic
  • milk 3 Cup of milk
  • cooking cream 1 Cup of cooking cream
  • Cream cheese 1 Cup of Cream cheese
  • Salt 1 Tablespoon of Salt
  • Ground black pepper 1 Tablespoon of Ground black pepper

    We boil water in a large pot, then add enough salt. Next, we add the fettuccine to the boiling water and follow the cooking instructions on the package until the pasta becomes tender and cooked, but still al dente

    We prepare the chicken and mushroom mixture by cutting chicken breasts into small pieces, then seasoning them with salt and black pepper. Next, in a pan over medium heat, we add 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the chicken pieces and mushrooms, along with a teaspoon of minced garlic. We stir the ingredients for about 5 minutes until they are cooked through. After that, we cover them and let them simmer for a while

    We prepare the Alfredo sauce by adding 4 tablespoons of butter and a teaspoon of minced garlic to a saucepan, and we stir them well. Then, we add 3 tablespoons of flour and stir for about two minutes. After that, we add 3 cups of milk and a cup of cooking cream, along with a cup of cream cheese or cheddar cheese, and a tablespoon each of salt, black pepper, and chicken bouillon powder. We stir the ingredients well and let them simmer over medium heat until the cheese melts and the mixture turns into a creamy sauce

    In a large bowl, we add the cooked pasta followed by the chicken and mushroom mixture. Then, we pour the Alfredo sauce on top and sprinkle finely chopped parsley. We gently toss the ingredients together until they are well combined. Serve hot and enjoy the delicious taste
