Ingredients

  • Fettuccine 0.5 Kilogram of Fettuccine
  • Parsley 0.5 Cup of Parsley
  • Flour 3 Tablespoon of Flour
  • Butter 4 Tablespoon of Butter
  • garlic 1 Tablespoon of garlic
  • milk 3 Cup of milk
  • cooking cream 1 Cup of cooking cream
  • Cream cheese 1 Cup of Cream cheese
  • Salt 1 Tablespoon of Salt
  • Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon of Ground cumin
  • Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon of Ground black pepper

    We boil water in a large pot, then add enough salt. Next, we add the fettuccine to the boiling water and follow the cooking instructions on the package until the pasta becomes tender and cooked, but still firm

    We prepare the shrimp by washing and cleaning it thoroughly. In a large pan over medium heat, we add a tablespoon of butter, then add a tablespoon of minced garlic and sauté them. Next, we add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they change color and become pink and cooked through

    The shrimp is removed from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, we prepare the Alfredo sauce by adding 4 tablespoons of butter and a teaspoon of minced garlic, and we stir them well. Then, we add 3 tablespoons of flour and stir for about two minutes. After that, we add 3 cups of milk and a cup of cooking cream, along with a cup of cream cheese or cheddar cheese and a teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, and cumin. We stir the ingredients well and let them simmer over medium heat until the cheese melts and the mixture turns into a creamy sauce

    Then, we add the pasta, shrimp, and chopped parsley to the sauce, and gently toss them together. Serve hot

    You can replace the milk and flour with about 3 cups of cooking cream, and replace the fettuccine with penne pasta
