Mulukhiyah is a famous dish in Egyptian cuisine, known for its unique flavor and delicious taste. It consists of chopped Mulukhiyah leaves mixed with spices and garlic, usually served with white rice and chicken. It provides the body with dietary fiber and vitamins


Ingredients

  • Mulukhiyah 0.5 Kilogram of Mulukhiyah
  • Chicken broth 2 Cup of Chicken broth
  • Butter 1 Tablespoon of Butter
  • garlic 2 Tablespoon of garlic
  • Dry coriander 1 Tablespoon of Dry coriander
  • Salt 1 Teaspoon of Salt

Instructions

    Wash the molokhia leaves with water, then let them dry and start chopping them finely until they become smooth.

    In a small pot on the stove, place chicken broth and one tablespoon of minced garlic, and let it boil.

    Remove the pot from the heat and add the molokhia while stirring well until it blends with the chicken broth.

    In a frying pan, melt the butter then add the garlic, coriander, and salt, and stir until the garlic slightly changes color.

    Pour this mixture over the molokhia and stir, then let it heat for a while before serving hot.
