Ingredients

  • Parsley 1 Cup of Parsley
  • Mint 0.25 Cup of Mint
  • Tomato 3 Piece of Tomato
  • onion 1 Piece of onion
  • Fine Bulgur 3 Tablespoon of Fine Bulgur
  • olive oil 0.25 Cup of olive oil
  • Lemon 2 Piece of Lemon
  • Salt 1 Teaspoon of Salt

Instructions

    In a bowl, place a small cup of finely chopped parsley, a quarter of a small cup of chopped mint, 3 finely chopped tomatoes, and a medium-sized grated onion. Then add 3 tablespoons of fine bulgur, a quarter cup of olive oil, about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and salt to taste
