Caprese salad, one of the famous dishes in Italian cuisine, is known for its simplicity and fresh, delicious flavor. It can be served as a light side dish or as an appetizer
Ingredients
- 4 Piece of Tomato
- 2 Piece of Mozzarella
- 0.5 Cup of Fresh basil
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Ground black pepper
- 2 Tablespoon of olive oil

We wash the tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly, then we cut the tomatoes into circular slices about 1 cm thick

Then, slice the mozzarella balls into rounds of similar thickness to the tomato slices

On a serving plate, arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately in a circular pattern. Place a tomato slice, then a mozzarella slice, followed by a basil leaf, and repeat until all slices are used. Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on top, then drizzle olive oil evenly over the salad
