Boil the spaghetti in salted boiling water until cooked according to the package instructions, then drain it and set it aside

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and sauté until it softens. Add a teaspoon of minced garlic and the chopped carrot, and stir all the ingredients for two minutes. Then add the minced meat and cook until it is fully done

Then add the chopped tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, and a cup of beef broth to the minced meat. Add a teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried basil. Stir the ingredients until well combined and let it simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until the sauce thickens. Finally, add half a cup of milk and let it simmer for an additional 10 minutes
