- 0.5 Kilogram of Liver
- 2 Teaspoon of Ground cumin
- 1 Teaspoon of Dry coriander
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder
- 3 Piece of green pepper
- 2 Tablespoon of garlic
- 2 Tablespoon of vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon of Lemon

We prepare the liver marinade. In a dish, we place crushed garlic and add vinegar, lemon juice, salt, cumin, and ground coriander. We mix them well, then optionally add chili pepper

We slice the liver into thin slices, then place them in a dish and add the marinade. We mix them well and leave them for about fifteen minutes or more

We heat about 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat until it's hot. Then, we add the liver slices and sauté them for about 5 minutes. Next, we cut the green pepper into small slices and add it to the liver. We let it cook until it's fully done

We remove the liver from the heat and serve it hot with bread, tahini sauce, and vegetables.
