Musakhan rolls

Musakhan rolls are a delightful dish combining the flavors of spiced chicken and sautéed onions with sumac, wrapped in crispy flatbread. The rolls are baked until golden and crispy, making them a perfect choice for a light meal or appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 Kilogram of Chicken breast
- 5 Piece of onion
- 5 Piece of Saj bread
- 3 Tablespoon of Sumac
- 0.5 Cup of olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon of Salt
- 1 Tablespoon of Ground black pepper

After washing the chicken thoroughly, place it in boiling water and add spices (salt, black pepper). Cook until done, then remove from the broth and slice it very thinly. Set aside (you can use chicken breasts or a whole chicken, cut into pieces)

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté well. Then add about 3 tablespoons of sumac and stir well. Add the chicken and mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the flavors blend. Cook for a few minutes, and season with salt and black pepper to taste

Cut the flatbread into triangles. Place the filling at the edge of each triangle and roll it up tightly. Repeat this process until all the filling is used

Arrange the rolled musakhan in a baking dish. Brush them with olive oil on top, then place them in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until they turn golden brown
