Ingredients

  • chickens 1 Piece of chickens
  • Tomato 4 Piece of Tomato
  • onion 2 Piece of onion
  • olive 0.5 Cup of olive
  • olive oil 3 Tablespoon of olive oil
  • Lemon 1 Piece of Lemon
  • Rosemary 1 Teaspoon of Rosemary
  • Marjoram 1 Teaspoon of Marjoram
  • Thyme powder 1 Teaspoon of Thyme powder
  • Salt 1 Tablespoon of Salt
  • Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon of Ground black pepper
  • garlic 1 Teaspoon of garlic

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook them until they are browned on all sides. Then, remove the chicken pieces from the skillet and set them aside

    In the same skillet, add the chopped onions and sauté until they become golden brown. Then, add about a teaspoon of minced garlic and stir for a minute. Next, add the chopped tomatoes, herbs (thyme, marjoram, rosemary), salt, and black pepper. Let the mixture cook for about 5 minutes

    After that, add the chicken to the mixture and pour in 2 cups of water (you can also add more small tomatoes and onion wedges). Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the flavors have melded together

    After that, add the pitted olives and the juice of one lemon. Serve hot
