  • sugar 1 Cup of sugar
  • Baking powder 2 Tablespoon of Baking powder
  • Salt 0.5 Teaspoon of Salt
  • Butter 0.25 Cup of Butter
  • oil 0.25 Cup of oil
  • egg 2 Piece of egg
  • milk 0.5 Cup of milk
  • Vanilla 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla

Instructions

    In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt

    In a stand mixer, combine the sugar, eggs, and vanilla, and beat well. Then add the oil and butter, and continue to mix. Next, add the milk and beat again until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth

    Next, pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and combine everything using a whisk or mixer until the batter is smooth and free of lumps

    Grease the cake pan with a little butter, then pour the batter into it. After that, place the pan in a preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes
