El Haty Salad is a type of Egyptian salad that is usually served with grilled meats
Ingredients
- 3 Piece of Tomato
- 1 Piece of onion
- 2 Piece of Cucumber
- 1 Piece of green pepper
- 0.5 Cup of Parsley
- 3 Tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 Piece of Lemon
- 2 Tablespoon of oil
- 1 Teaspoon of Ground black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt

Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley, and cut the bell pepper and chili pepper (optional) into small pieces

In a large bowl, mix all the chopped vegetables together, then add the parsley and mix well

In a small bowl, pour half a cup of cold water, then add white vinegar, oil, lemon juice, a minced garlic clove, salt, and black pepper

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well until the dressing is evenly distributed over all the ingredients
