Ingredients
- 4 Piece of Beef fillet
- 0.5 Cup of Flour
- 2 Tablespoon of Butter
- 1 Cup of mushroom
- 0.5 Cup of Meat soup
- 2 Piece of Lemon
- 2 Tablespoon of cooking cream
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Ground black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of garlic

Season the beef with a little salt and black pepper, then coat the beef slices in flour until they are fully covered

In a large pan, heat the butter over medium heat and sear the beef slices until they turn golden brown. After that, remove them from the pan and set them aside

In the same pan, add a little more butter if needed, then add the mushrooms and a teaspoon of minced garlic. Sauté until the mushrooms soften. Next, add the lemon juice and beef broth, and let the mixture simmer for about 3 minutes

Next, add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream to make the mixture creamy, and stir the ingredients until well combined. Then, place the beef slices back into the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the meat to absorb the flavors of the sauce

Finally, garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with rice
