Ingredients

  • Biscuits 200 Gram of Biscuits
  • Butter 100 Gram of Butter
  • Cream cheese 400 Gram of Cream cheese
  • egg 2 Piece of egg
  • sugar 200 Gram of sugar
  • Vanilla 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
  • Starch 1 Tablespoon of Starch
  • Whipping cream 200 Gram of Whipping cream

Instructions

    Grind the biscuits thoroughly until they become very fine, then mix them with the melted butter until the mixture becomes firm

    Then, place the biscuit mixture into the base of a cheesecake mold, pressing it down firmly until it is evenly distributed

    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese using an electric mixer until the texture becomes smooth. Then, add the sugar and mix well until it is fully incorporated with the cream cheese. Gradually add the eggs, mixing thoroughly after each addition

    After that, add the vanilla and cornstarch, mixing until fully combined. Then, add the whipping cream and beat again until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy

    Next, pour the mixture over the biscuit base in the mold, then place the mold in a preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, until the cheesecake sets

    After baking, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door slightly ajar for one hour. Then, transfer the cheesecake to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight

    The cheesecake can be garnished with chocolate sauce, berry sauce, strawberry sauce, or any flavor of your choice
