Pesto pasta is a simple Italian dish that combines the flavors of fresh basil, cheese, and olive oil to create a delicious and easy-to-prepare meal.

Ingredients

  • Macaroni Penne 250 Gram of Macaroni Penne
  • olive oil 3 Tablespoon of olive oil
  • garlic 1 Tablespoon of garlic
  • Parmesan 0.25 Cup of Parmesan
  • pine 0.25 Cup of pine
  • Fresh basil 1 Cup of Fresh basil
  • Salt 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon of Ground black pepper

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Then, drain and set it aside

    To prepare the pesto sauce using a food processor, blend together (fresh basil, minced garlic, toasted pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper) until smooth

    In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add the cooked pasta and toss it with the pesto sauce until the ingredients are evenly distributed

    After that, place it on a serving plate and garnish with cheese and basil
