Ingredients

  • green beans 0.5 Kilogram of green beans
  • Meat 0.5 Kilogram of Meat
  • onion 1 Piece of onion
  • garlic 1 Teaspoon of garlic
  • Butter 1 Tablespoon of Butter
  • oil 1 Tablespoon of oil
  • tomato juice 2 Cup of tomato juice
  • Meat soup 1 Cup of Meat soup

Instructions

    After thoroughly washing the meat, we put it in a pot over heat after adding a teaspoon of butter or ghee, and we stir it well until it changes color. Then, we add black pepper and half a teaspoon of sugar, and we stir it. After that, we cover it with boiling water, add a small onion, carrot slices, bay leaves, salt, and let it simmer until it's fully cooked

    In a pot over medium heat, we add a tablespoon of ghee or butter and a tablespoon of oil. Then, we add a large onion, finely chopped, and stir until it becomes golden brown. Next, we add a teaspoon of minced garlic. After that, we add the beans, cut into small diagonal pieces, and continue stirring for about 5 minutes until the ingredients are well combined

    After that, we add 2 cups of tomato juice, the cooked meat pieces, and the spices: a teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, and dried coriander. We stir them for about two minutes, then add some meat broth. We let it simmer on low heat until it's fully cooked
