500 Gram of sweet potato

Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, then peel and cut them into cubes. Boil them in water until they become tender, then drain and let them cool slightly

Next, mash the boiled sweet potatoes in a large bowl until smooth, then add the rice flour and sugar. Mix the ingredients well until you get a uniform dough

Next, take small portions of the dough and shape them into small balls

In another pot, bring water to a boil and add the balls. Let them cook until they float to the surface, then cook for an additional minute before draining them

After that, coat the sweet potato balls with grated coconut, and they are ready to be served
