Gazpacho

Gazpacho is a cold Spanish soup typically served during the summer months. It is known for its refreshing and chilled flavor, and is primarily made from tomatoes and fresh vegetables, making it an ideal choice for hot summer days

Ingredients

  • Tomato 5 Piece of Tomato
  • Cucumber 1 Piece of Cucumber
  • Bell pepper 1 Piece of Bell pepper
  • onion 1 Piece of onion
  • garlic 1 Teaspoon of garlic
  • olive oil 0.25 Cup of olive oil
  • vinegar 1 Tablespoon of vinegar
  • Salt 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon of Ground black pepper

Instructions

    Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and onion into small pieces

    In a blender or food processor, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and garlic, and blend until smooth

    Next, add the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper, and blend well

    If the soup is too thick, you can gradually add water until you reach the desired consistency
